Articuno, the Freeze Pokémon. Articuno lives deep within mountain ranges, and is said to be able to fly by gracefully waving its tail. This Legendary Pokémon, with magnificent, seemingly translucent wings like thin sheets of ice, is believed to possess the ability to freeze water vapor and create snow, even as extreme as blizzards. It is said to appear to doomed people who are lost in icy mountains. When this Pokémon flies, snow will fall.
