It's important to us that you get a great deal when purchasing from Vagabond Games & Collectables

If you find a cheaper price elsewhere please provide us with official solicitations and proof of the item being offered and sold at a particular price and we will do our best to match it. 

 Price Matching Conditions:

• Must be a New Zealand local store. 
• Must have a Brick & Mortar location.
• The item we are matching in price must be the same product, packaging, and be an officially released product.
• Does not include Sales & Special promotions.
• Price matching is at the discretion of Vagabond and may change at any given time.
• We will take the third party's freight charge into consideration when beating another store's price.
• The reseller must be an authorized dealer of the item you wish to purchase.
• The item must not be a closeout or clearance special.
• We will not match prices from membership clubs or auction sites.
• We will not partake in matching counter offers or engaging in any price wars. 
• Offers may be denied if we deem any of the following conditions have been breached.

How to Request for a Price Match?

2. Browse to the product you wish to price match
3. Provide as much information as possible in the contact form
4. If the price match conditions are met you'll hear from us within a few days. We may request for further information in regards to the referred price matching item.
