Pre-orders

A Pre-order is an item that has not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your item. All orders are paid up front 100% and are then shipped out to you as soon as they arrive.

Pre-orders are particularly important for limited release items, as sometimes we may be given an allocation of the item, so pre-ordering will be the only way to ensure you can secure the item for purchase.

All Pre-order items will have 'Pre-order' instead of 'Add to Card' following an estimated release date. Any delays or changes of date will be further reflected in the stock status as soon as we receive information from our suppliers. (This may change at any given time)

ETA's are subject to change and beyond our control as we rely on Suppliers and Distributing partners to provide the stock. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering for a specific date, as we cannot guarantee it will arrive on time. 

Shipments Containing Pre-Order Items

If you have placed an order on our website for in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, please be aware that in-stock items may be dispatched as a separate parcel on a case by case basis if we deem that the release date is not close enough to combine.

In most cases we wait until your Pre-ordered items has arrived so we can fulfil your order completely. 

Processing Times

Pre Order processing times will vary, this is dependent on the how heavily it/they have been pre-sold and when the shipment has landed into our processing facility.

 

We always endeavour to process all pre orders as quickly as possible and get the item to their destination promptly.

Controlled Release Date Items

Hasbro / Wizards of the Coast / Games Workshop strictly enforce the following terms and conditions for all online purchases.


Any restricted release date items cannot be dispatched until the actual day of release for all your order(s), as a result all online pre-orders will have a slight delay between 1-3 working days for all orders outside of Auckland, local customers (inside Auckland) may opt to pick up their order from the store at the point of checkout.

Release Dates

Any release date stated on any product may change at any given time. This may be due to supplier delays or logistical mis-haps. We will ensure your order arrives promptly but in the unfortunate circumstances that may arise, release dates may vary. In the off chance the item fails to arrive at a reasonable time frame the item will be disabled and all orders will be refunded directly. 

What is Pre-order Estimate?

This is an estimated time frame we believe the item will arrive. This may be delayed for an uncertain amount of days before release. If there is any product cancellations or any instance your pre-order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.

Uncollected Pre-orders

For any pre-orders uncollected, we will hold your order up to 6 weeks. After this we will call you and refund your order.

Changes in Pre-order Price

Pre-order price may change at any given time. This may be due to many factors including but not limited to: Supplier retail/cost changes, Stock Allocations, Market changes, Price Matching etc.

Whichever price you pre-order at the time will be unchanged. If you decide to cancel your pre-order because of price change, you may not be guaranteed stock upon re-ordering if allocation numbers are meet.
