How to Place an Order?

To place an order simply browse to the product you wish to purchase and click the 'Add to cart' button. Then, click the 'Cart' button in the top right and follow the steps in the checkout - it’s that simple!

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you MUST make contact before your order has been dispatched.
In the instance if your order has already been dispatched you may be subjected to a restocking fee and re-shipping fee.

When Will My Order Dispatch?

Orders placed before 3pm usually dispatched the same day. Any orders that have missed the days scheduled collection will be sent out the next business day.

If your order is made outside general business dispatch hours (10:30am to 3pm Monday to Friday), or on a public holiday, there may be a delay of an additional day.

You will recieve a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
*If there is any known delays or issues with your order a customer representative will be in touch within 24 hours.
