DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES
Note that all the delivery dates and estimates are counted from the time your order leaves our premises. We aim to fulfil your order within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure the most timely delivery of your purchases, but because we do not control all parts of the delivery chain we are unable to guarantee that your order will always reach you at the estimated time, and thus delivery to some parts of the world, on occasion, may experience slight delays. Deliveries to areas outside New Zealand may experience delays, as will deliveries during public holidays.
Postal collections take place between 10:30am and 3pm Mondays to Fridays.
Any Orders made outside these timeframes will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

Individual countries have various laws for importation of goods and services, therefore it is your responsibility to check your country's legislation for any items prohibited by any law, regulation or statute of any country or state to, or through which the items may be shipped.
Vagabond Games & Collectables / Livewire Games will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs.
From time to time shipments are held by customs and subject to inspection fees – vagabond.co.nz / livewiregames.co.nz is not liable for these fees.
For any reason your International order is not allowed into your country and Customs returns it to us, then once we have received the parcel, we will refund your order - excluding the original shipping fee.
The parcel must be back at our premises physically before your refund will be processed.
